As I reflect on the year 2024, my word stands out to me: Expansion. This year has been a journey of growth, stretching beyond the boundaries of who I thought I was and stepping into the vast potential of who I am becoming. Expansion, to me, wasn’t just about doing more or achieving new milestones. It was about opening my heart, mind, and soul to possibilities that once seemed out of reach. I stepped past the fear and made actionable steps towards expansion of my mind, body and soul growth. I have learned that expansion was transformative in ways I couldn’t have anticipated—not always easy, but undeniably magical!
This was the year of breaking through limitations, embracing my soul’s calling, and allowing my light to shine brighter than ever. Expansion wasn’t without its challenges. It required me to confront fears, release old patterns, and stretch far beyond my comfort zone. Yet, in the midst of those challenges, there was magic—moments of synchronicity, profound realizations, and a deep sense of alignment. I launched courses, my own podcast, connected deeply with my community, and created space for transformation—not just for myself but for those I had the privilege to guide. It was a year of stepping into more—more alignment, more purpose, more authenticity.
Expansion also included raising my consciousness, elevating my frequency, and exploring new dimensions of being. This involved:
Daily practices in mindfulness and meditation, allowing me to connect with my higher self and cultivate inner peace.
Exploring energy work, such as Reiki and breathwork, which deepened my understanding of how energy flows through and around us.
Engaging in shadow work, uncovering and integrating hidden parts of myself to heal and grow.
Connecting with spiritual guides, opening channels to wisdom and guidance beyond the physical realm and expanding and stepping into my psychic abilities and gifts.
Holding space for others, which taught me that expanding my own light helps others step into theirs.
In 2022, my word was Trust. It was a time of surrender, learning to let go of control and believe in the unseen forces guiding my path. Trust became the foundation for what followed. This was when I finally surrendered and listened to my intuition and left the public school system after 22 years of service. It was time to trust!
In 2023, I moved Forward. With trust in my pocket, I took deliberate steps toward my goals with my business, even when the road was uncertain. Each step forward strengthened my resolve and allowed me to build momentum.
Then came 2024: Expansion. This was the year of breaking through limitations, embracing my soul’s calling, and allowing my light to shine brighter than ever. Now, as I prepare to enter 2025, one word has begun to surface: Awareness.
Awareness feels like the perfect evolution of my journey. It’s about being fully present in the moment, understanding the nuances of my experiences, and deepening my connection to myself and the world around me. Awareness invites me to pause and observe—to notice what’s working, what’s not, and where subtle shifts can create profound change.
I envision 2025 as a year where awareness will guide my decisions and actions. It’s a year to refine, to truly see what’s before me, and to align with what feels most authentic. Awareness is not just about observing; it’s about intentionality, about consciously choosing how I wish to show up in every moment.
As I step into this new year, I carry the lessons of trust, forward momentum, and expansion with me. Each year has been a stepping stone, building a path that feels deeply aligned with my purpose. Awareness will be the thread that weaves it all together, grounding me in the present while opening me to the infinite possibilities ahead.
To all who have journeyed alongside me this past year, thank you. Your presence, support, and shared growth have been a vital part of my expansion. I invite you to join me in 2025 as we cultivate greater awareness together. Let us move into this new year with open hearts, clear intentions, and a commitment to living fully in the now.
